music: Kaiser Chiefs - Like it Too Much


basically i am deathly ill,
so i've been watching movies and/or complaining and eating ice cream all day.
i also made a mix CD for my car and e-mailed my law teacher (my least favorite class at this point, by the way).

anyway have you heard of Gavin Friday?
because i had not, but apparently he was in and/or did music for Breakfast on Pluto, Romeo + Juliet, Moulin Rouge! and Basquiat, all absolutely fantastic movies.

my dad was listening to the song that he sings on the tour bus to cillian murphy in Breakfast on Pluto (as performed by a different artist, obv) and so i looked up the movie on IMDB to ask if my dad had ever heard of this guy because i remembered hearing that they cast an actual musician in that part rather than an actor and it turns out that this guy is like the coolest person ever.

also i have been reading this blog here for quite some time.
